Rough Clean
Often referred to as a "phase one" cleaning A rough clean should be be requested after the framing, plumbing and electrical have been inspected and completed. This phase may be done before or after the sheet-rock has been installed. The " Rough Clean" cleaning will consist of the removal of large debris,trash, and stickers. The unit will then be swept out. This phase will help prepare for the incoming subcontractors for painting, flooring, light fixtures and woodwork.
Final Clean
The Final Clean or "phase two' cleaning will be a detailed and meticulous labor intensive cleaning This phase will consist of detailed cleaning of the kitchen and restrooms including: sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, counter-tops and cabinets. This phase includes cleaning of appliances , fixtures, cabinets and windows. Re-clean The Re-clean or "phase three" cleaning during a post construction clean will be requested after no other subcontractors will be entering into the house or unit . In this phase, all touch ups will be addressed and everything will be made move-in ready. In finalizing the effort, the garage will be swept, the carpets will be vacuumed, the floors will be mopped, and any dust remaining will be eliminated. The "Re-clean Phase" is only necessary when subcontractors need to make changes or improvements
Our Final Clean
Post construction clean up services include the following:: •Washing all surfaces •High dust removal from ceiling pipes, duct work, vents, light fixtures, etc. •Stain removal,washing, dusting and vacuuming of all surfaces •Cleaning of the insides of drawers of desks and file cabinets. •Full meticulous cleaning and sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms •Scrub floors and tiles, polish stainless steel, wipe walls free from drywall dust. •Floor mopping and stain removal •Cleaning windowsills and window frames •Window and glass cleaning including scraping of stickers
